New Window vs New Tab

	trouble loading websites

WeIrDe problem with IE version 6

Hi all, My computer recently began acting daft, so I deleted programs, scanned (AVG), Deep scanned (Trend), and AdAwared it, and auto removed all malicious stuff. I also defragmented,and the usual weekly stuff. My computer is now fast and does nothing unusual, except for IE6. 	Recovery
	I'm not able to use my Vaio Recovery Wizard. When I tey to use it. I get the message "Vaio Recovery Wizard cannot find the recovery partition." Restart your computer. 	IE6 often fails to start after Feb Windows update

I'm having an interesting problem. When I log onto TD Ameritrade and select the Command Center, Java seems to load OK, the program opens, and then my screen goes black. I need to reboot the system. I spoke to TD Ameritrade, and they do not have a solution to this problem. My system runs fine otherwise.
